The Carriage House will accommodate
35-40 guests
or
100 guests with lawn/tent
No amplified music allowed
due to the neighborhood setting
Rental fee of $2000.00 includes
use of lawn and Carriage House
Individuals are responsible for set-up and tear down
Additional fees may apply
Security Officer required
if 100 guests are expected or alcohol is served
Bridal Portraits in the Mansion
$175.00 per hour by appointment only
