Additional Details (more specifics will be added as the event gets closer)
Start Time: You may start to pitch your tent at 3:00pm and get ready for a great evening of family activities and fun. Activities are scheduled to start around 5:30pm. Camp will close at 10:00am the next morning.
Tents: Bring and pitch your own tent to stake your claim on the lawn of the Overholser Mansion.
Food: Hot dogs and chips, s’mores and water will be available in the evening for cooking over the camp fire. We are working to secure a breakfast food truck with coffee in the morning. If you are a camp fire cook extraordinaire, please bring all the food, spices, and utensils you need to cook. Basic eating utensils will also be provided for the hot dogs.

Fire pits: A couple of fire pits with fire wood will be available to cook hot dogs and s’mores or for those planning to cook on the open flame. [In the event there is a burn ban, we will be using gas grills for cooking].
Drinks: Water will be provided, bring your own additional drinks. Water bottles or a reusable water cup is encouraged.
Activities: Fun activities are being planned for the evening or just enjoy a beautiful evening.
Bathrooms: The Carriage House bathrooms will be open and available for all participants.
Security: An off duty police office will be on-site during the event from 6pm to 6am.
